Asymmetry was developed for restaurant Kattegat Gastronomi & Logi in Torekov, together with the Swedish and Nordic chef of the year Robert Nilsson. Asymmetry is a playful experiment to trick your eye. A symmetric way of presenting food is peaceful for the eye and the level of attention is low. The series enhance the level of attention and makes the presentation more eye-catching. Asymmetry was sold in many design shops and NK department store.
